[mob] Lint fixes (#5103) ...

## Description

* Modified the analysis file and disabled all rules except
use_super_key.

Ran automatic fix command
❯ dart fix --apply

This also removed redundant cast warning. As the changes seemed
harmless, decided to keep them.
