George Joseph a84d4cd0b4 docs: Add version information to ARI resources and methods.

* Dump a git blame of each file in rest-api/api-docs.

* Get the commit for each "resourcePath" and "httpMethod" entry.

* Find the tags for each commit (same as other processes).

* Insert a "since" array after each "resourcePath" and "httpMethod" entry.

This directory contains the specification for the Asterisk RESTful
API. The API is documented using Swagger[1]. This is used to not only
generate executable documentation pages for the API, but also to
generate a lot of the boilerplate necessary for implementing the API
with Asterisk's HTTP server.
