Kevin Harwell e3a758975d mwi core: Move core MWI functionality into its own files
There is enough MWI functionality to warrant it having its own 'c' and header
files. This patch moves all current core MWI data structures, and functions
into the following files:

main/mwi.h
main/mwi.c

Note, code was simply moved, and not modified. However, this patch is also in
preparation for core MWI changes, and additions to come.
