In the patch from bug 8033 to fix various IMAP storage problems, the line endings in the email file were changed in the code from "\n" to "\r\n". However, this breaks sending regular voicemail to email. So, this change conditionally sets line endings to "\r\n" only if IMAP_STORAGE is enabled. Not too sure why this doesn't happen when we put it in the database, also, but since that doesn't seem to be broken, I'm not going to fix it (at least until someone reports it). Solution is to ask for the file in smaller chunks. Steve Murphy	6dcb17baaf	This update fulfils the request of bug 7109, which claimed the language arg to ast_stream_and_wait() was redundant. Almost all calls just used chan->language, and seeing how chan is the first argument, this certainly seems redundant.
