I almost had comma escapes right, but 9184 points out the problem-- the escape is removed by pbx_config, and pbx_ael should also, before sending it down into the pbx engine. Also, you have to insert it back in, if you are generating extensions.conf code from the AEL.

6c7f4c1e32 Jason is having problems with the inclusion of <err.h>; it appears to be unnecessary for sucessful builds, so I either removed or commented out the inclusions from all the AEL related code. New outputs from bison/flex are included, etc.

In muted.c, check the return value of strdup.  In ael_main.c, check the return
value of calloc.  (issue #8157)

In passing fix a few minor bugs in ael_main.c.  The last argument to strncpy()
was a hard-coded 100, where it should have been 99.  I changed this to use
sizeof() - 1.

48ae9f0d4f - convert the 'uninstall' target to use separate targets to process each 
subdirectory instead of a for loop
- remove the FORCE target from the main Makefile and add the couple places
  I used it to the .PHONY target.  .PHONY does the same thing and is a built-in
  more efficient way of doing it.
- add a bunch more targets to .PHONY ...

c399a06450 add the 'clean', 'clean-depend', and 'dist-clean' targets as .PHONY targets 
since they are targets that do not have resulting files and are never listed
as prerequisites to real targets.  Using .PHONY in this manner improves make
performance by never having to check for resulting files.

4a8ed5c136 we have to build local copies of aelflex.o, aelbison.o, and pbx_ael.o as well 
to make sure aelparse doesn't use versions of these objects compiled with astmm
support (issue #7122)
